A growing VC backed renewable energy company that has entered the revenue stage of their growth plan is now looking to appoint its first Finance Director. The company is about to embark on the scale up phase and as a result they require an ambitious accountant to help them with continued expansion. Based remotely, this is a full-time, permanent role.

Your New Role

- Producing monthly management accounts
- Financial modelling and business planning
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Dealing with banks
- Liaising with investors
- Producing information memorandums (IM) for fund raising
- Dealing with auditors, lawyers and corporate financiers
- Business partnering the CEO
