About the Corporate Finance Associate Director role
Our team and client base are growing! We are looking for an Associate Director to join our team to provide transaction support across our expanding portfolio of high growth clients. This role will work closely with our executive team and the wider business, helping our clients grow their businesses through all stages of development – from funding, to growth, to exit.
You will have experience of working in a similar role, most likely as part of a Corporate Finance team in an accountancy practice and possess a strong track record of supporting clients through all stages of a transaction. Your skill set will enable you to hit the ground running, becoming responsible for supporting the client throughout the transaction, including working with our Financial Planning & Analysis team in producing financial models and analysis, managing due diligence processes and leading the production of appropriate financial presentations.
You can work remotely from a home-based office and are happy to travel to meet clients onsite, and the InfiniteCFO team at our co-working space in Cheltenham.

Role responsibilities
- Supporting the executive team to drive the InfiniteCFO business strategy forward
- Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with client stakeholders and external vendors / bidders
- Managing Financial, Commercial & Operational Due Diligence processes
- Working with our FP&A team, build financial models using data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics
- Providing strategic consulting services to clients including: o Defining management information needed to build their businesses o Advising on business and strategic financial planning o Working with investor partners o Creating strategic business plans to support funding rounds or exit strategies o Reporting for shareholders and investors
- Working with our executive and product teams to contribute requirements to the development of the InfiniteCFO platform
- Efficient and effective analysis and reporting (planning, monthly actual and target/actual analysis)
- Qualified Accountant ACA or equivalent
- Strong project management, coaching, communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to relevant transactions through Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Project Finance or Private Equity
- Experience at a Corporate Finance Executive / Associate Director level or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability providing strong commercial and financial guidance
- Experience leading a variety of fund raising and/or exit transactions
- Experience in IT, Technology or SaaS sectors would be beneficial
