Key Duties;
* Building and updating a scalable and competitive compensation and benefits program in line with the pillar company we want to be in the long–term.
* This person will own all of regional core HR (Comp/Ben, Employment Law, Employee Relations, Compliance, HRBPs, and more.
* Report to the VP of PeopleOps & Strategy and work with the larger PeopleOps Experience team.
* Develop effective working relationships, providing advice and coaching to staff and regional leadership on any HR related topics, including talent management, global mobility, diversity and inclusion, performance management, retention, succession planning, compensation, etc.
* Be responsible for Regional HR Training, HR Data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Partner with global HR counterparts, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to develop and deliver people and organizational solutions.
* Partner with our Benefits team to build and update a scalable and competitive benefits program to our diverse employee population in the region.
* Partner with Corporate Compensation to administer compensation programs.
* Maintain regular presence with the regional team; job requires about 20–25% of travel time.
* Manage reward and mobility programs ensuring alignment between corporate policies and local rules.
* Drive code of conduct, company values deployment and ethical initiatives and address related issues if any.
