Divisional Head of HR (12 month contract)

We are working exclusively with this confidential employer who is looking for a Divisional Head of HR, to operate as a strategic HR Partner to a key business area, whilst also leading a small team of HR members. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of leave.

Within this role, you will be working extremely closely with the HR Director, as well as deputising at times. managing a team of HR Business Partners and HR Managers who, alongside you, will be responsible for providing pragmatic, commercial and employee–focused advice and support. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects.

Significant experience at Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR level, ideally within a fast–paced environment
Be experienced in managing a team of HR professionals
Problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing and analysing HR metrics/KPI's
Ability to influence and set strategic direction that supports growth and business transformation
Proven hands–on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
The ability to motivate others and influence stakeholder behaviours
Strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills
