An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join The Maria Mallaband Care Group who has a current portfolio of over 80 homes. You will be an important part of a growing and developing sales & marketing team.
As Business Development Manager your main focus will be driving the referrals to support occupancy growth within the care home. You will be used to working to targets and achieving strong KPIs to deliver budgeted occupancy and revenue targets. Your sales and marketing strategy will be built to achieve the main objective to sourcing enquiries from both funded and privately funded placements. This will be achieved by developing a strong insight into the local market and competitors to enable you, through effective networking to identify and successfully build strong relationships with key stakeholders and referrers.
Location: initially based at one site, with the opportunity for possible multi–site working in the future.
Whilst reporting to the Group Sales and Marketing Director, the Business Development Manager will work closely with the Regional Director and Home Manager as an integral part of the management team a team player is therefore essential. Experience of working in the care, charity or Hospitality sector is desirable, though candidates who can demonstrate a successful sales record using their strong networking and business development skills will be considered.
