A West End boutique private practice established for over 60 years and known to us as a regular client, are looking to add an experienced Commercial /Residential Property Solicitor to their team. The firm are ranked within the Legal500 and keen to increase their profile and develop their reputation further. This will be a mixed role of Commercial / Residential Property with more of a focus on Commercial.

Based principally in their brand-new Mayfair office, with occasional travel to their Head Office located closely to Queen Elizabeth Park in East London, this opportunity would suit a Commercial/Residential Property Solicitor ideally with 5 years PQE (Solicitors at other levels are also encouraged to apply). The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Commercial & Residential Property matters, including all sale and purchase of commercial properties, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgage, equity release and help to buy matters. Although a large amount of work is pre-secured, Solicitors with a history of effective business development are encouraged to apply.

The team, comprising of 3 partners, 8 fee earning Solicitors in Residential and Commercial Property matters, and a team of paralegals are keen to welcome an experienced Solicitor to their established network.
