Project Manager

We are looking for a DV cleared Project Manager to work within the Defence Digital IntSys team based in MoD AbbeyWood.

You will be ITIL Foundation qualified & have excellent experience of/be:

Service Delivery management for ICT or directly managing an ICT service provision contract for government

3–5 years complex ICT management or technical experience (preferably experience of TS systems and MoD assurance processes)

MOD/OGD background ideally working on Information System Projects

APM qualified

An ITIL Expert in 1 or more areas

Cost modelling or data management

Bid compilation for ICT contract or bid response analysis

Service Management governance arrangements, including Service Level Management

Job details:

Co–ordination and provision of information to support bid processes for large ICT service support (ITSM) contract

Analysis of technical bid responses and rapid production of proposed negotiating points and positions on behalf of MoD.

Analysis of bid price responses to identify key areas for trade and to inform MoD approvals cost modelling

Planning for contract termination

Planning for contract mobilisation (including Cabinet Office contract management best practice)

Transition planning for Live Service transfer between providers

Establish organisational and operating model for Authority teams based upon negotiated solution

Implementing governance arrangements for new contract and between MoD Delivery Team and Customer
