The company
Our client, a sizeable government organisation, is looking for a Business Change Manager (Training) to join their expanding team.
The role
To provide help, support and guidance to system users brought about through system and process change via education and knowledge dissemination. You'll be required to educate and guide users by considering their process roles, so they maximise system functionality. Update training materials to reflect new process or system changes and develop a high–level understanding of business processes to be able to design relevant training package.
The candidate
Our client is only looking for candidates with the following experience:
* Learning methodology and cycles with different approaches as well as knowledge of best practice tools and techniques
* Understanding of the change lifecycle, as well as knowledge of best practice business change management, tools and techniques
* Ability to hold workshops to build knowledge and gain trust
* Experience motivating others to achieve maximum output and commitment
Type of experience:
* Providing training services either within a complex project/programme environment or a large organisational setting
* Created users guides, manuals and training materials
* Implemented change management methodologies, processes, activities and tasks
* Managed users, user groups and key stakeholder relationships
* Resolved complex support issues and user's problems
