An opportunity has come available for a Geo–Environmental Associate / Director in the North West area. My client is a well–respected multi–disciplinary consultancy that specialise in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering. Due to company expansion and diversity plans, they are now looking to appoint a Geo–Environmental Associate / Director to build and develop a team, supporting all other disciplines throughout the business. This role also offers the chance to get up onto the board of Directors.
As a Geo–Environmental Associate / Director, your role will consist of managing all aspects of the Geo–Environmental department on a technical, commercial and financial basis. You will be tasked with building and developing a team at your own speed with full support of the business. Although they already have an established internal workstream and client base, you will be expected to capitalise on this with your own network and business development.
The successful applicant should be chartered with a relevant contaminated land or engineering body, ideally SiLC certified, well–rounded Geo–Environmental / Geotechnical Engineer with experience in delivering complex contaminated land, remediation and/or geotechnical projects from tender/phase 1 through to validation/verification stages. You MUST have commercial awareness and business development experience.
You will be reporting into the board of directors but have the freedom and autonomy of the Geo–Environmental department.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone in a similar role currently, or a Principal / Associate Geo–Environmental Engineer looking to advance their career.
All enquirers will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
If you are interested in the role and would like to speak in more detail, please contact Cory at Calibre Search Manchester.
Calibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age. We act as both an employment agency and employment business
