Project Director

Project Director required! I am working on behalf of a tier one main contractor looking for a very strong Project Director to manage a GBP100 – GBP130 million residential scheme. My client is renowned in the market for producing landmark schemes with 5 star quality and service. The Project Director must have a strong track record of managing all parts of a large residential RC frame project in excess of GBP100 million as well as having the ability to drive a large team. For this role we are looking for the right person first and foremost, my client is looking for someone that is driven with a lot of ambition who can bring energy to the project and drive all aspects of the project to an excellent standard. You will be managing a large work force, ensuring client satisfaction is met and the whole project is run as smoothly as possible.
