To lead a team of solutions directors to grow and retain contracts to technical services customers on a regional and national basis
• To develop and drive the sector strategy for Technical Services
• To act as sales owner for sales activity within the mobile business unit in Technical Services
• To develop and implement a programme of activity to identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers, improving awareness of Mitie commercial FM capabilities
• To maximise opportunities for new business & customer enhancements and to lead the business development process and negotiations with the customer/ client in order to win profitable contracts.
• To source, lead and manage UK new business development opportunities & enhancements for technical services with internal and external markets
• To support the IFM Solutions team as a single service" subject matter expert" providing commercial intelligence
• To support the Energy and Connected Workspace teams to enable the enhancement of our value proposition with existing and prospective customers across Mitie's digital maintenance and Plan Zero energy and sustainability objectives
• To build a visible pipeline of new business opportunities and enhancements with current Mitie customers
• To achieve an agreed financial targets
