Your new role
With plans to gear towards the US-market this company has recently shifted its reporting to US GAAP. As a result, they require a qualified accountant who can assist not just with day-to-day operations but also become the 'go to' expert on technical and practical matters related to US GAAP, for instance revenue recognition. As with all start-ups, your role will be multifaceted and change daily, an exciting prospect.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience with US GAAP. Without a solid grounding in US GAAP, an application cannot proceed. In addition, a passion for working for a start-up would be attractive.
