The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Lawyer into their Chelmsford office
You will deal with high value and complex matters for an excellent and varied client base, working alongside an experienced Partner. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as
- Landlord and tenant
- Licenses to assign
- Commercial leases
- Acquisitions and disposals
- and Development work.
This team are regularly referred work from other areas of the firm, and you will be given full support to service your own client base or contacts should you be able to bring this with you.
Requirements
- You will be an experienced Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with at least 5 years PQE +
- You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property matters and a strong billings history
- You should have evidence of successful business development
