A popular London Borough Council are seeking a Childcare Lawyer with previous Local Authority experience. The assignment will begin on an initial 3-month contract with the view for extension and will be conducted remotely for the foreseeable future.
Candidates from private practice backgrounds who have significant experience of Public Childcare Law are also encouraged to apply.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will carry a diverse workload of care cases, pre-proceeding, PLOs. You may conduct advocacy if you wish, however it is not a requirement of the role. The council get interesting work, such as radicalisation, and have a great reputation.
