This highly regarded and established firm based in Lytham are seeking for a Senior Employment Solicitor to head up a new department on a full time basis. There is an excellent salary on offer with a fantastic benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE with a good breadth of knowledge specialising in Employment Law. As the head of Employment, you will grow and develop a new Employment team alongside dealing with various contentious and non-contentious matters.
You will have an in-depth understanding of all areas of employment law including reviewing and amending employment contracts and consultancy contracts, conducting advocacy, reviewing staff handbooks and HR policies, disciplinary processes, and equality act matters.
