Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller on an exclusive basis to join a rapidly growing business based in Staffordshire. This is a newly created role will play an integral part of the Senior Management Team, and is a fantastic opportunity to deliver financial support and information in line with the needs and requirements of the business.

Role
- Delivery of financial and operational controls and business processes
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and cash flow management
- Oversee the finance function
- Business modelling including budgeting and forecasting
- Financial analysis, highlighting variances and identifying risks and opportunities to improve financial results
- Leading the statutory audit process and preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Ad hoc project support
Profile:
- ACCA/ACA or CIMA Qualified
- Experience working at a senior level in an SME environment
- This is a varied and extremely hands on role which requires flexibility, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
