An exciting and rare opportunity to be the driving force behind setting up a Structures team in a new London office for an Australian Engineering consultancy. This role is truly unique and our client is looking for a Director or Associate Director to come on board who has good contacts and can bring in business with them. A real opportunity to be the driving force behind this exciting start–up.

Our client is multi–disciplinary, working in Civil and Structural markets as well as Design Management, Temporary engineering and forensic engineering to name just a few. With some fantastic projects completed within Hospitals, Arts, Leisure and Airports our client prides themselves on their bespoke, cost effective approach.

The successful candidate will need to have good contacts across the sector and will be able to bring in business through business development, ideally within Large–scale work for the long term and small–scale work in the short term. On top of this, they will need to have a high technical skill level with vast experience of Building Structures within the UK.

A very exciting time for our client, looking to on board 7/8 Structurally focused candidates before the end of the year so, an exciting opportunity for someone potentially looking at their own limited company but, perhaps can't quite get the growth they are looking for.
