Project Manager North Yorkshire GBP350 per shift
About the Company: My Client is a Specialist Civils Subcontractor in the South East with over 50 years' experience in sophisticated but pragmatic techniques for deconstruction within closely controlled environments. The Group currently turnover circa GBP150m and are well versed with delivering a variety projects ranging between GBP500k – GBP15m. The company also have very successful haulage and remediation divisions.
About the role:
My client are currently looking for an experienced self–motivated Demolition Project Manager. The successful candidate will have delivered projects efficiently, on time, within budget, to the standards of the company and its clients, worked for a demolition (sub) contractor and have large project experience within all the companies trade disciplines.
Key Requirements:
Black Card Demolition Manager
A61 or A62 crane lifting qualification.
First aider.
Excellent IT skills mandatory.
Able to lead a team on a complex industrial demolition challenge.
