Radius is seeking an MEP Datacentre Project Director for a leading Datacentre organisation. You must have extensive Datacentre experience and strong Man management experience managing a team of Project Managers. Strong commercial experience required.
Base salary very competitive, Good bonus, Family PMI, Car Allowance, Travel Allowance and other benefits
My client is rapidly expanding and building a large new Datacentre, so you must have experience working in mission critical data centre
Your 10 years+ of experience will ideally be working for a Main Fit out Contractor or end client within the data centre sector having successfully delivered projects on time, to standard and to budget as well as have the ability to plug into existing relationships within consultancies or end users for tendering purposes. You will be able to manage a team of experienced Project Managers, having overall responsibility for project delivery, sales/service delivery and P&L. You will be able to provide leadership, management and the development of project opportunities to ensure projects are secured and then delivered to meet time and budget requirements and to meet or exceed client expectations.
