Based in Central London and reportingtosenior commercial counsel, the role will involve working on a wide range of commercial matters such as:
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements including software licence and services agreements with games and systems providers, brand partnership agreements with third party brand owners, IT supply contracts and data analytics/ agreements;
- Providing legal advice in relation to website content and data protection and acting as legal point of contact for the business for new product launches and specific projects across a variety of territories;
- Drafting and negotiating advertising, marketing and sponsorship contracts with agencies, media owners, marketing affiliates and advertising platforms for our B2C gaming brands;
- Advising on sales, promotions and advertising legal issues and the with relevant laws and regulations (including the CAP / BCAP Codes)
- Providing advice to the marketing teams in relation to promotions, sales and advertising matters including reviewing the associated copy, drafting website and promotional terms and conditions.
- Advising on regulatory issues and liaising with the ASA, Clearcast and gaming regulatory authorities.
- Working alongside the marketing teamstoadvise on marketing andadvertising Providing legal advice on website content and advising on data-protection issues will also be required.
