A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to work for a local authority, based in southern Hertfordshire.
This is role will be demanding but rewarding, with the potential to convert to a permanent contract.
The main aspect of the role is to provide comprehensive PA support to the Director and senior stakeholders – both internal and external. This will include extensive diary and inbox management, preparing and typing up in–depth reports and documents, proof–reading, managing correspondence and extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate:
High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement
Ability to work to tight deadlines/under pressure and a strong eye for detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
