Job description: An excellent opportunity for a Family Locum has arisen, to join a Private Practice based in South Yorkshire on a temporary basis whilst they look to recruit permanently. The role will last for 2/3 months with the possibility of further extension.
Duties:
It is essential for candidates to have previous experience handling legal aid matters within a family department.

- Handle a caseload of Family matters - this includes both private family (65%) and some Legal Aid (35%)
- The caseload is of around 60-65 files
- Child Panel member is NOT essential
- Must be self-sufficient in the office
