Head of Finance

Sharp Consultancy are currently recruiting exclusively on behalf of a highly reputable client within the Sheffield area who are part of a large International group now looking to recruit a Head of Finance to oversee the finance function.

Our client is a specialist within a competitive but highly profitable niche Industry.
You will be reporting directly into the Group CFO with a dotted line into the UK MD and will be responsible for the finance team including; Accountants, Analysts, Payroll, Ledgers, credit control and accounts assistants.

Key duties will include management and financial accounting, forecasting and budgeting, monthly board meetings and reporting, profit and margin analysis, process developments as well as managing the year end audit process.

You must be a qualified accountant, ideally having qualified within the profession with significant ambitions to become a Finance Director within the next 1-2 years. Any experience of a large group structure would be advantageous although not essential.
