Senior Property Credit Manager | London | Permanent Role | Paying up to £65,000 + bonus
Your new company
You will be working in an established property management business who focus specifically on the commercial side of property. The company have a broad portfolio of clients and as such they will be looking for someone who has competency of dealing with a large variety of different clients.
Your new role
You will be working as a senior credit manager looking after a team of 9. You will need to demonstrate extensive experience in managing the entire AR function from beginning to end. You will need to demonstrate this WORKING WITHIN THE PROPERTY INDUSTRY. Applicants from outside the Property industry WILL NOT be considered for this position. Therefore your profile will need to demonstrate strong experience within property credit management to be considered for this position.
What you'll need to succeed
You must demonstrate strong management skills alongside reporting ability. You will be frequently reporting up to the board and the CFO and as such this must be exemplified throughout your positions. You must demonstrate an ability to deal with problem tenets in regards to guarantors and deposits. Alongside this, you must have clear and consistent exposure to dealing with insolvency, CVA's, Receivership and highlight your exposure to dealing with litigation in your positions.
