My client is a well–established residential developer with a number of regional offices located throughout the country.
They are looking to appoint a Project Manager to one of their new developments in the Berkshire region, set to commence on–site early next year.
You will report directly to the Construction Director, whilst being responsible for the successful delivery of this 200 traditional build housing scheme.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing the contract during the pre–construction phase, create and manage programmes of work, carry out site remediation and set up activities, ensure time/ quality and costs are kept to these programmes, chair meetings with the commercial/ technical/ build teams as well as relevant stakeholders and write/ implement RAMS and ITPs ensuring health and safety is adhered to the highest standards.
Coming from a house–builder or main contractor background, with a proven track record of delivering a scheme from pre–construction through to completion/ handover is highly desirable.
