The ideal person would be:–
* ?? B2B sales (internal or field) background is preferred
* ?? Experience in working to and achieving Sales targets / KPI's
* ?? Highly organised, timely, attention to detail, driven, integrity and excellent customer service skills
* ?? Already succeeding in their current role– Hosted sales experience helpful but not essential.
* ?? Someone who can think outside of the box to deliver the right solution for the customer.
* ?? Success–hungry! money motivated!
* ?? Well presented with excellent communication skills.
* ?? Open to new ideas and ready to take on new challenges within this very competitive market space
Key Objectives
* * To maximise revenue for the Business and yourself by achieving Monthly Sales Targets
* * To ensure highest Payplan reward and success for the Business by achieving Product Targets
* You will be expected to:
* ?? Create and effectively manage your own pipeline on a daily basis
* ?? To call a customer base of 45,000 existing landline customers and open up the hosted conversation and build a hosted business.
* ?? To report daily on their personal activity to line manager.
* ?? Create a sales plan on a monthly basis to grow the sales within the hosted space to deliver the targeted new connections per month – creating a consistent run rate within 6–9 months.
* This role demands a great amount of dedication to meet targets set out and the demands of calling out and managing face to face meetings.
