This top 100 UK law firm is now looking for a talented real estate solicitor to join their successful national team based in their Wimbledon office.
You'll enjoy a particularly wide variety of real estate work. The work will include public, voluntary and private sector instructions across a range of interesting areas including negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, development agreements and dealing with high value commercial sale and purchase transactions. Experience of commercial property within the healthcare sector would be a welcome advantage, but is not essential, as would be any experience of working on complex, public sector infrastructure projects and construction matters.
This is an opportunity to join a market leading firm with a large and well established real estate team. A great opportunity for a real estate solicitor at around 3 to 7 yeas pqe to make their mark.
