The Role
The firm are seeking to hire Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join their expanding Peterborough Office.
Whilst you will be autonomous in managing your own caseload; you will also be responsible for working closely with others in the experienced team to service and varied, high quality client base meanwhile building the firm's reputation further and increasing their Commercial Property offering throughout the East Anglia region.
In this role you will deal with a broad caseload for both organisations and individuals, including:
They are now looking for a client facing Associate with a passion for business development to join them in a very progressive role, reporting to the senior management team. You will be encouraged into an autonomous role to build your own client base whilst being supported by an enthusiastic team of fee earning Paralegals and support staff.

- Development and Investment work

You will be encouraged into an autonomous role to build your own client base whilst being supported by an enthusiastic team of fee earning Paralegals and support staff.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with 5 years PQE +
- (there is no upper limit as the team is expanding significantly)
- You should have first-class communication and enthusiastic about business development
