Corporate Lawyer
Our client a London law firm is seeking to hire a corporate associate on a fixed term contract for 3-6 months.
The firm specialises in handling domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for clients in the technology and digital sectors, including global companies, private equity funds and fast-growth businesses.
Due to a number of planned absences and secondments within the team they seek an experience Corporate Lawyer with upwards of two years PQE to provide cover for up to six months.
Applications are sought from Corporate Lawyers with a strong academic profile, experience of corporate transactions gained within highly ranked practice and excellent analytical and drafting skills.
Candidates with relevant experience should be available within a one month notice period.
