Corporate Solicitor, Birmingham
Corporate solicitor sought by international firm with strong presence in Birmingham. The corporate team is rated in the top tier by the Legal 500 and has an outstanding reputation for handling market leading transactions for a diverse and truly international client base.
The Role
- The team are looking for a corporate associate to join them in Birmingham
- You will assist partners recognised both locally and nationally in the corporate market
- You will also have the chance to have substantial client contact from an early stage
- With a range of work coming from clients both nationally and internationally including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity, capital markets and investment funds, there is a real opportunity to handle a broad range of transactions
- The client base is fantastic to include many household name brands
The Candidate
- Corporate solicitor, 2PQE+ qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction
- Excellent academics and a strong training record
- You will have solid technical skills and have gained strong corporate experience at a large regional, national or international firm
- You will be ambitious and happy to work as part of a team
