They are looking to recruit a bright, ambitious lawyer for their Corporate Restructuring team. The firm is very proud of its specialist team, which is one of the largest nationally.
The team handle a full range of corporate restructuring projects, advising large corporates, financial institutions, directors, shareholders and insolvency practitioners. The work will be complex and high value, offering strategy and solutions for recovery and turnaround. There is also an opportunity to be involved in contentious work, albeit the chosen candidate will have an emphasis on transactional work and advisory experience.
If you are a driven individual with strong client facing skills and the enthusiasm to play a key role in building and developing client relationships, this is an excellent role with clear opportunity to grow.
