Head of Property Management
Head of Property Management – Norwich – up to GBP24,000 per annum basic salary (depending on experience)
Our clients are a very successful Estate Agency and Lettings business based just outside Norwich who are seeking a Head of Residential Property Management to run and manage their Property Management department.
The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in managing a large portfolio of residential units and also have some experience in dealing with student lets.
On offer is:–
* Basic salary of GBP21–24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Hour of work: Monday to Friday (phone number removed)pm
* Work every other Saturday 9am – 5pm – day off in lieu given for each Saturday worked
* 4 weeks holidays entitlement
* No Bank Holiday working (office closed)
* Pension
* Office closed between Christmas and New Year (not taken from annual holiday entitlement)
* Petrol allowance for business miles used
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:–
* A minimum of 2 years' current experience within Residential Property Management
* Able to manage and supervise one other Property Manager within the team
* Able to confidently deal with Landlords and Tenants including Student lets
* MUST have own car to use whilst on business
* MUST demonstrate previous history in being highly organised and able to deal with tight deadlines
* Be resilient and assertive when required
* Ideally ARLA qualified but not essential
