Our client require a senior credit manager to join their growing team. The role will report into the Financial Controller and the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
The successful candidate will:
- Management of the entire credit function
- Specific landlord and tenants matters i. guarantors, deposits etc
- Be heavily involved specific debt proceedings i. CVA, receiverships, insolvency matters
- Develop and improve systems/processes
- Present to senior management
The successful candidate will:
- Have significant credit management experience
- Strong property knowledge is very beneficial
- Excellent microsoft excel skills
