Description
This Finance Manager role will be responsible for the following:
- The Audit process, preparing schedules for external auditors for the financial statement audit process
- Supporting third parties in the preparation of all statutory returns and financial statements
- Work with the Head of Tax and external tax advisors ensuring appropriate VAT/Income tax reporting
- Work with local payroll providers in managing payroll processing
- Production of the monthly management accounts and commentary on key account movements
- Preparation and maintenance of the Global balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Calculation and reporting of KPIs and financial performance including the monthly business performance review pack
- Review and commentary on actual performance against budget/forecast
- Line management of AP, AR, Bank Recs and other duties performed by a junior analyst
Profile
Ideally the successful Finance Manager will have the following credentials:
- Professional finance qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Degree educated
- Student real estate and property or related reporting experience
- Excellent communication
- European language skills desirable but not essential
