Head of Conveyancing Department is required by a busy, well established and highly regarded full–service law firm in Nottingham.
You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3+ PQE & proficient managerial experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer looking for personal and career development opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.
The role:
* Managing a team of Fee Earners
* Freehold Sales and Purchases
* Leasehold Sale and Purchases
* Investment & Buy to Let Properties
* New Build Plot Purchases
* New Build Plot Sales
* Transfers of Equity
* Right to Buy Purchases
* Leasehold Enfranchisement
* Lease Extensions
* Re–mortgages
* Shared Ownership Property Sales and Purchases
* Deeds of Gift
Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record of managing own caseload and target focused
* Solid Management experience
* Excellent customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to prioritise own workload
* Team player
* Proficient computer skills

* Salary range (DOE): Negotiable, Dependant on Experience
