Head of Business – Car Dealership / Motor Trade
Location: Sevenoaks Area
Salary: GBP75,000 Basic salary plus bonus (OTE GBP120k+) and company benefits including company car, pension

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Business for our client's main dealership in the Sevenoaks area of Kent.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Business to work for fantastic company, a superb, prestigious brand and to run a highly impressive, modern dealership.
Role: This really is an opportunity to work for one of the country's most highly regarded dealer groups, running one of their flagship and largest sites. We are looking for an exceptional talent, someone with experience running a large site to a high level of performance. The role is working for an exceptional brand and although not essential, prestige brand experience would be beneficial.
The right person must be a confident and highly professional individual who has the ability to take on a huge operation across sales, aftersales and parts. You will be a real leader, someone who can nurture and develop an already well established team and take the site to the next level.
You must have a solid career history and be able to demonstrate successes, regular achievement and over–achievement of targets set YOY and be able to back up any claims.
Someone who has a strong knowledge of both sales and aftersales, has strong motivational skills and has the desire to really push their career to the next level.
Requirements:
– We are looking for a proven and established Head of Business.
– At least 4 years running a large dealership to a highly successful level.
– Must be a confident, driven and dynamic manager, someone who can really engage a large team.
– Must be strong with your numbers – someone who has their finger on the financial pulse at all times.
– Full UK Driving Licence.
– Prestige Experience (preferable, not essential)
