HEAD OF HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY RECRUITMENT– LEEDS

GBP30,000 – 40,000 basic salary + package including 35% commission, free gym membership, perk box, monthly and quarterly staff treats, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, 2 days per month work from home allowance, private medical insurance, death in service, laptop and phone, free onsite parking.

Are you an IT recruiter with experience of supplying into the healthcare technology market? You're doing well but looking to elevate yourself, both in terms of job title and earnings? Are you interested in joining a boutique agency that can offer you future equity in your business arm along with Directorship and will reward you with an amazing benefits package plus are open to bonus guarantees to make sure they get the right person on board?

Harrison Sands are partnering with an award–winning agency that specializes in recruitment services within the primary care industry. As the largest supply of permanent staffing into primary care (GP practices and optical retail) area, they are the only permanent agency to be verified by the Practice Index meaning that they truly are a recognized leader in their area and a destination employer with an excellent reputation. Though extremely successful within the placement of permanent healthcare staff into the primary care sector, they are looking to expand into health tech, which is a rapidly expanding and highly profitable area, and an area Leeds is well known for being a leading supply city into.

The Head of Healthcare Technology will join this company from a background of IT recruitment, probably working at Senior Consultant level or perhaps already a Team Leader but seeking an elevated opportunity. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, the Head of Healthcare Technology will work to grow healthcare tech as a completely new sector to the brand and will have a career path to eventual Directorship with an equity stake. Our client is cash–rich, has just moved to new offices as part of an expansion plan so have the structure in place for you to build a team around you.

What experience do we need?

This role requires experience of recruiting permanent staff into the healthcare technology/ healthcare IT market, either into GP practices or primary care providers or healthcare tech IT companies, e.g. software houses whose client base is primary care. As this is a niche area we don't expect this to be your experience in totality and will happily speak with generalist IT recruiters interested in developing themselves within this exciting area who have an overview of some permanent supply into this market.

You must be a 360 biller, able to confidently foster business relationships with clients and accurately make candidate approaches to secure the best talent for your clients. We are open to the exact experience level but do need a proven history in IT recruitment.

Our client are based in Thorpe Park Business park, so you also must be able to commute here on a daily basis.

What can our client offer?

Aside from the fantastic career path, they offer up to 35% commission, the chance to start your own team and gain equity, a very comprehensive package as detailed above, and a fun, friendly working environment. This company have amazing staff retention and really value their employees!

If this sounds like an opportunity you'd like to be considered for please send your CV to Shona Wainwright at Harrison Sands Recruitment!
