The department advises upon all aspects of property risks work including property damage liability; subrogation recoveries; policy coverage and first party fraud claims.
The ideal candidate shallideally have Commercial Insurance Litigation, Policy Coverage,Property Damage or Subrogated Recoveries experience, however we are happy to consider candidates with excellent litigation experience from a broad range of backgrounds.
