Building on their success, they are now looking to onboard a 360 Business Development Manager.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager you'll be responsible for driving new business revenue opportunities. Generating new business leads you will utilise a consultative and solution focused sales approach to discover client pain points. Focusing on the bigger picture you will understand the importance of achieving trusted advisor status and partnering with a business to support them with a variety of solutions.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a tenacious, adaptable attitude to build solid professional relationships.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate has to have proven experience of business development. As an ambitious individual this Business Development Manager will not be phased by new challenges.
• A strong background in selling IT Services
• Proven track record of sales success
• Experience in generating leads and closing deals
• Experience of managing accounts and identifying cross–sell and up–sell opportunities
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management
• Motivated by over–achievement
• A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed
• An entrepreneurial self–starter
