Civil Director

Gleeson civil and structural engineering team have recently registered a role for a consultancy based in Nottingham, The consultancy is structural bias at the moment but are looking for a civil director to join the business and set up a civils discipline. To do this you will need experience with business development and have a proven track record of winning work, as well as building a successful profitable team.

Opportunities for cross selling from the structural team have already been identified so there is potential to work in to a pepe line of work. the structural team stands at around 15 engineers at the moment and over the course of the next 5 years they would like to have a civil team of the same size.

The candidate that comes in and gets this discipline running will have the opportunity to become a partners within the business if they is something they are interested in,
