Join this Fortune 500 corporation to enhance business integrity and the right compliance practice in their China operations on a base of Shanghai. You will provide support and advice on all compliance-related matters in China, including but not limited to all anti-bribery compliance and FCPA practices, plus EHS and data privacy issues. You ideally have a law degree and 7 to 10 years' experience along with substantial exposure to FCPA and UK Anti-Bribery Act in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry. Substantial experience of regulatory compliance affairs and excellent interpersonal skills are highly desirable. You must have good communication skills as well as fluent English and Mandarin.
