Group Chief Engineer

Newly created role for a Group Chief Engineer, operating across numerous sites. A huge opportunity for an individual to scope out their own role and utilise all their experience gained to date.

This is a role best suited for an individual who has worked across various sites through out their career and has worked with different types of machinery and kit. An exposure and embracement of project management is imperative, ideally within group capital projects, automation, expansion, installations and the procurement of new machinery.

The role will also include the management of the Engineering Site Leads and the overseeing of their sites. In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a strong leader and demonstrate a clear direction. A major focus will be centralising the engineering process and plan.

The role will enable you to work with numerous business units, gain exposure to various projects and spearhead the engineering direction of the group. The package will replicate the size of this role and you will play an integral part of the overall group.

This role could also be located in South Lincolnshire if that is better suited for the candidate.
