Business Development Director – PropTech
This Global Market Leader within the PropTech space are looking for a Business Development Director who has a proven track record of 360 Enterprise level sales (ideally SaaS and IaaS) into the Commercial Real Estate and Landlords market.
Working as a 360 Hunter, your primary focus will be securing new client logos from the target market in the selected territories. The successful candidate will be competent in conducting a 360 degree sales cycles from identifying key targets, engagement, successful qualification, negotiation and managing the sales cycle to closure. You will also be familiar with the development and successful execution of Sales Business Plans and appropriate Sales Methodologies.
The successful Business Development Director – PropTech will have/be:
– Knowledge of the PropTech industry
– SaaS and IaaS sales experience
– Proven track record of Enterprise level Sales
– Knowledge around the Commercial Real Estate and Landlords market
– Full 360 Sales Cycle experience
