Project Manager – Home Based – Local Authority – Remote home based

Our client a large public sector organisation who are managing the workplace Covid response require a manager to develop and manage the relationships and interactions with local authorities. This role will focus on the guiding and advising local authorities to make their workplaces safe.

The manager will be the point of contact for the understanding of Covid spot checks, understand local challenges, serve as a link of communications between key stakeholders, Lead steering groups, resolve issues and problems faced by local authorities, play an integral part on the on–boarding of new local authority's into the Covid check service.

Skills Required: Experience Management experience in the local authority/local government environment (Essential), Excellent experience of how local government organisations are run, strong organisational skills, Excellent management skills, good time management.

Remote/Home based role – Inside of IR35 regulations
