Residential Groundworks Contractor
Leicestershire Based
Buildout are currently partnered with a leading Residential Groundworks Contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to manage their newly won site based in South Leicestershire.
This project is a large residential scheme that includes s278 works, bulk eathworks and infrastructure.
The whole site is around 650 plots and will be ongoing for an estimated 8 years. Initally you will be in charge of the first package which is worth around GBP6.5m.
Our client turnover GBP75m per year, are very professional with their approach and have great testimonials with clients due to the quality of their work.
