The Role

The firm's industry leading team are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their Nottingham office.

This highly ranked Legal 500 department is regularly instructed on the highest-quality of work, with a broad and envious client base. You will take on a caseload of Employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious. You will be expected to build long lasting client relationships and be actively involved in business development activities for the firm.

The employment team have built a reputation across not just the UK, but further afield for the work that they do, so not only will the clients be an exciting mix from a range of sectors, but you will benefit from referrals and word of mouth.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years + PQE
• You will have excellent technical ability and knowledge, as well as a good billings history
• You should have a proven ability of successful business development
• Should be adept at problem-solving and commercially-minded
• Strong communication and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
