Industrial Disease Solicitor
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join a leading Asbestos Related Disease team in London.
The Team
This leading disease team has over 30 years of experience representing victims of asbestos related diseases, operating as part of a highly successful specialist asbestos national team to provide outstanding client care and achieve the best outcomes for our clients and their families.
The team deals purely with asbestos disease claims, mainly mesothelioma.
The Role
*As a member of the team, you will play an integral role in the growth of the team.
*You'll lead the investigation and litigation on complex cases, working as part of a team to maximise client damages and optimise costs recovery.
To be successful in this role you must;
*Have at least four years' Personal Injury litigation experience ideally in Asbestos Related Disease or general disease cases.
*Be able to operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and develop other team members.
*Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition.
