A perfect new opportunity for a Financial Accountant to gain managerial and asset management experience. An established London based Investment manager in Central London is currently hiring a Financial Accountant into their lean Finance team.
This role will cover a broad range of duties due to the team being slightly smaller, however, the Financial Director is keen for the new Finance Accountant to manage and mentor a part qualified accountant. The finance team is very close knit, and they are looking for someone who is like minded, willing to roll up their sleeves and really get ‘invested’ into this company.
The role will report directly to the Financial Director and is looking for someone available immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and Mentoring the junior team member.
- Handling the accounts for ~ 10 entities with turnover ranging up to 2 million.
- VAT reporting.
- Cash management and reconciliations.
- Preparing Annual Statutory Accounts.
- Preparing Profit and Loss reports for various Departments.
- Working with the Chief Financial Officer and the Finance Director with budgeting, forecasting and other ad hoc projects.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a financial accounting role.
- Must have experience in Financial Services.
- Must have Managerial experience.
