Finance Director

A Growing PE-Backed Retail business is seeking an experienced CFO with an eye for strategic growth to join as a key member of the board and true business partner to the CEO. As CFO you will be instrumental in driving the continued success and growth of the business.
The CFO will have full responsibility for the company's finance function; inputting and improving systems, processes and controls in order to ensure that the business's comprehensive range of products is sold effectively. You will have responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function as well as helping to formulate and deliver the growth strategy for the business. This will include customer acquisition, marketing, brand development, new product development, online channels and team growth.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), with experience as autonomous Financial number one in a PE-Backed or leveraged environment, preferably having set up a finance function. A background in retail or wholesale distribution is highly desirable.
