Role Overview

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be joining a highly regarded real estate department. The team deal with a range of clients who include:

• Sovereign funds
• Major financial institutions
• Well-known international companies including household names
• High-profile entrepreneurs, public figures and investors

In this role, you will be handling a varied caseload of matters to include commercial leases, high-value landlord and tenant, development and acquisitions and disposals.

Candidate Profile

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will require:

• Between 3-6 years PQE as a Real Estate Solicitor
• A solid grounding in Real Estate work with good technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent client care skills
• The ability to work well as part of an innovative team

Job Offer

On offer for this Commercial Property Solicitor role:

• £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
